Over the past couple of weeks I seem to have accumilated tons of orange jumpers, skirts, scarves, shirts... basically I think I love orange.. So since I've bought so many colourful things that seemed quite formal and chic, plus the fact that I have a new office job, I thought I would put together a work wear post with tons of colour! When I attend job interviews I always stick to black and white, and if I'm honest I hate wearing formal clothing all together. Suits do nothing for me, and don't even get me started on those awful black pencil skirts. I have a serious hatred for them after having to wear one every weekend for almost three years when I worked at Primark.
I worked the outfit around my new red wool pencil skirt, which I think is great for work, but it could also be worn with a crop top and blazer for those chillier nights out in winter. The jumper was a happy accident styling wise... I bought it to wear on it's own but after shoving it on over a shirt in the fitting rooms I realized it's true potential. I finished off the look with a pair of lace-up sandals, but since it's a little nippier I think I'll be sticking to tights and loafers.
