Investing in casual clothes is something I've needed to do for a while. I find myself constantly buying things I can only wear for certain occasions, like trend led impractical pieces or statement items that can't be worn every day. So after realizing recently that I have hardly any casual or super comfortable clothes, I invested in new denim pieces and lots of monochrome shoes, tops and jackets for Spring.

Finally, after months of lusting over denim dungarees on the likes of ASOS & Topshop, I managed to get my hands on a pair! These amazing overalls from Sammy Dress were under £10 would you believe it! Plus they're a super thick denim, which means they feel really high quality and hug you in all the right places. Although, when buying from websites that aren't UK based, make sure you check the sizing guidelines. (These dungarees are two sizes bigger than my other denim.) I kept the rest of my outfit minimal and monochrome in a simple baseball cap, white trainers and this super edgy mesh bodysuit from Wearall. I originally thought this cut out long sleeve top would look amazing tucked into a skirt and paired with strappy heels for a night out, but dressing it down definitely paid off, and I love how they work together to give a cool grungy vibe.
