HOW TO DO HALLOWEEN ON A BUDGET

I've been thinking about what I want to wear to Halloween probably for the past month or so. There's always the option of going as a cheesy fairytale/animal or cartoon character, which personally I think I've over-done in my lifetime, or there's "I'll wear last year's outfit", which is probably a bad idea too. And since me and my boyfriend are saving to move out together in a couple of months, I couldn't justify buying an entire outfit that I may not even have anywhere to wear it, so I thought, what if I make an outfit out of what I already own, and add a few bits and pieces into the mix? You guys probably know how I love to save money but still always buy new things, so of course, I headed to Ebay and a couple of other online shops to create this witchy look!

Total: £55.66

I based my look around this Halloween themed Long Sleeve Top from Shein, and love how it's loosely based around the Halloween theme, but not too extreme that I can't wear it any other month of the year. It was also super easy to pair with other black items to create a more eerie look! The cute star, sun and moon print sits on both sleeves, and the boxy fit and thick material makes it perfect for Autumn! Of course, the first thing I thought to pair with this top was my favourite leather skirt and over the knee boots. To top off the look I added a super cheap Witches Hat from Ebay, along with some green, orange and black eyeshadow & matte black lips. Considering I only spent £55.66 on this look, but had 75% of it already in my wardrobe, I'd say I did a pretty good job of looking the part at Halloween without breaking the bank, what do you guys think?

Also, let me know in the comments what you're dressing up as this Halloween! Or if you're still not decided, make sure you check out Shein's Halloween section for low cost ideas!
