OUTFIT DIARY: WHAT I WORE FOR COFFEE & A CATCH-UP

After moving out of my home town and away from my parents in June, I rarely get to see the familiar faces that I used to be so close to. So last weekend was a family weekend. I booked Friday and Saturday off work, and had my usual Sundays and Mondays off too. On Friday my mum & I went swimming, followed by the sauna and steam room at our local leisure centre. We've been going to the gym on and off together for about 4 years now, and together have lost a ton of weight. We usually go to the gym, Zumba or swimming, but that day we thought we might aswell make the most of our gym membership & try out all of what they had to offer... Why not!

Saturday was a super hot & sunny day, and Jordan & I had no plans apart from to stay in and watch films, but when my mum invited me to Lytham St Annes, I jumped at the chance. There's nothing I love more than exploring a new town and walking along the beach! Sunday was pretty much a rest day, where me and Jordan chilled for the full day, went for a short walk in the park, and we also had a few friends visit, followed by a trip to the pub.

And finally onto Monday, and onto the outfit you guys are all wondering about... Me and my sister who I havn't seen for around a month decided to go shopping and for a catch-up coffee break. Since the weather again was really sunny and hot (which is rare for Lancashire), I decided to go out in a dress... without tights may I add! I absolutely love this adorable gingham dress from Shein, and it was the perfect thing to wear for a relaxing catch-up. It kept me cool while trying to battle the crowds in Primark, and also got me a couple of compliments too! So as soon as I came home I got Jordan to take a few snaps of my outfit of the day.

I hope you're all having a great week!
